How the sessions actually work
You describe the problem you are trying to solve. We share screens and work through it together in real time, explaining why each step matters and how to adjust it for different situations.
Most consultations last between sixty and ninety minutes. Some people need one session to get unstuck on a specific issue, others book regular sessions while learning a new software package. We record every session so you can review the steps later without taking notes during the call.
Sessions happen over video call with screen sharing. You work in your own file with your own software while we walk through the solution together. No templates, no pre-built setups, just direct problem solving in the context that matters to you.

When we can both see your exact file, settings, and software version, there is no ambiguity about what is happening. We watch your screen while you work and catch mistakes or misunderstandings immediately instead of trying to diagnose problems through text descriptions.
You learn by doing, not watching
The session happens in your file with your project. You are the one clicking buttons and adjusting parameters while we explain what each action does and why it matters. This builds understanding faster than passively watching someone else demonstrate techniques in a generic example.
Recording means nothing gets forgotten
Every session is recorded and sent to you afterward. If you forget a step or need to repeat the process on a different file later, you have the entire explanation available to review without scheduling another call.
